I am currently a student at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and I am concentrating in Finance. If I continue to pursue the current path, I have in mind I would love to have a career where I am educating others about the financial options open to them. Once I graduate from UNO, I hope to stay near Omaha for quite a while.I naturally seek out new information to learn. In the workplace, knowing more about procedures and processes allows me to better help customers and coworkers. Asking questions is the best way to help me better understand and remember new information. While I am good at learning in the workplace, I am naturally drawn to the knowledge found in books. Reading about the past intrigues me as it can teach me more about present and future events. Particularly, reading about how others overcame incredible difficulties inspires me to push myself to overcome my own issues in my personal and professional life.Being a reliable person so that I can be seen as dependable drives me to work harder at work. When taking on new tasks, I make sure that they get completed correctly and accurately. Even when inconvenienced I feel obligated to honor prior commitments. I feel a responsibility to lead people around me to success. I feel compelled to push others to try new things as I know it can help them feel satisfied.
