Assists Recruiters and Account Managers with creating and sustaining effective methods and processes to identify, source, and hire from the most qualified and diverse pools of people. * Schedule interviews for management and management support candidates for both Corporate and off-site Field locations. Currently, supporting six recruiters. * Manage the candidate on-site experience by coordinating and/or scheduling/communicating all pertinent information related to the interview visit.* Assist recruiters in effectively networking to build, manage, and maintain qualified talent pipelines.* Perform basic sourcing methods to assist recruiters with finding the best talent by leveraging the following channels: networking, direct sourcing, internet recruiting, associations, advertising, trade events, research, employee referrals, community based organizations, competitor contacts, and external recruiters.* Research databases that are comprised of diversity talent in order to proactively source for future openings.* Screen active candidates for general interest in Tyson Foods and basic qualifications (ability to relocate; salary expectations/compensation)* Work with the recruiter to ensure that the entire recruitment process and candidate experience exceed expectations and are consistent with Tyson Foods, Inc. in the marketplace. (Hotel, transportation, tours, dinners, etc.)* Maintain an on-going relationship with external talent within our industry and with those companies considered as benchmarks for possessing premium talent.* Run weekly audit reports for assigned recruiters to ensure requisitions follow all set compliance regulations and OFCCP guidelines.* Answer questions from internal team members and external candidates regarding job openings, payroll, policies, benefits, etc.* Help the management support Recruiter in recruiting for the management support positions. From open to close.

( Discretionary and Non Discretionary)* Enter all training in to the HRIS SAP system.* Monitor all I9's to in sure that documents are current for the team members.* Sort all payroll checks for all team members at our location. * Run all personal reports in both Perstime and HRIS SAP Reporting\ Ad Hoc . Any other duties necessary to ascertain the smooth performance of the Randall Rd Cornish plant.
