I am a senior executive with extensive experience in leading and delivering complex security operations across both private and public sector organisations. Over my career, I have managed all aspects of security and risk within a diverse portfolio, including major shopping centres, retail outlets, commercial buildings, factories, and other prestigious sites. With over 38 years of experience, I have led high-profile crime investigations at an international level, providing strategic advice and guidance on all aspects of security and risk to safeguard assets, people, and reputations. Our services included evidential collection and case building for criminal and civil prosecutions, bespoke training packages on corporate security threat and risk, and strategic advice on extremist threats and trends.I am a former Police officer with Kent Police, having served for 34 years as a Detective in all ranks up to Detective Chief Inspector. I have led numerous major investigations, including the successful international investigation into the Stop Huntington Animal Cruelty campaign (SHAC), for which the leadership received substantial prison sentences and my team received international recognition.In my current role at OCS, I oversee the development and implementation of security strategies, ensuring compliance and minimising risk through open reporting and collaboration with key stakeholders. I am committed to continuous improvement and innovation, staying ahead of emerging threats and industry trends to protect our clients and organisation.Outside of work, I enjoy keeping fit, walking, cycling, DIY projects, and spending time with my dogs. I also have a passion for classic cars and motorcycles, travelling, and camping.
