When it comes to pharmacy operations, I focus on customer and employee satisfaction, top and bottom lines – providing leadership, driving process improvement, and championing strategies that capture savings and grow revenues. ⏩𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗲𝘀During my ascension from Pharm D Intern to District Pharmacy Manager and Director of Pharmacy Operations (Interim), I’ve led pharmacy operation transformations yielding: ✓ Territory, division, and team performance turnaround, with divisions, districts, and stores catapulted from bottom-ranked to the top.✓ Tools, initiatives, processes, workflows and sales and marketing strategies emulated/adopted as best practice by peers and company-wide.✓ Profitability and compliance restored by leading projects and piloting tech to streamline everything from productivity to inventory management, which to date has saved millions. ✓ Large-scale immunization clinics established in partnership with physicians, hospitals, nonprofits, and public health organizations – that immunized thousands during the pandemic and heavy flu seasons. ⏩𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱As a leader, I believe in providing support, coaching, and education to hold people accountable to KPIs and training and education that provides exposure across pharmacy operations. I recognize the value of transparent communications that balances positive feedback with opportunities for improvement.
