Selected to participate in Albertson’s District Manager Training program as an Operational Specialist, I helmed 2 inventory management projects that saved millions while concurrently leading pharmacy operations. ⏩ Designed instructional guide used to reduce ordering costs by calculating inventory needs and shifting packaging supply orders from on-demand to cost-effective warehouse. Calculator rolled out nationwide. ⏩ Recovered dead inventory by identifying, flagging, and overseeing transfers of high-dollar unused inventory to optimal locations across Denver division.

Fast-tracked to management immediately post wrapping up my PharmD degree, I led teams, process improvement, and training that revitalized 3 diverse Colorado pharmacy locations. ⏩ LONE TREE, CO (2 Years): I provided leadership that catapulted this high-volume opportunity store from the bottom 10% to #2 in our division. I was also sought after as the training go-to for pharmacist new hires and to roll out new pharmacy automation solutions. ⏩ STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO (7 Years): I directed a strategy that returned this pharmacy from in the red and noncompliant to profitable and compliant by partnering with a 340B and identifying a new source of revenue generation. ⏩ CRAIG, CO (3 Months): I achieved unheard-of double-digit flu vaccination results in just 90 days at this hard-to-staff rural location.
