I currently work as part of the Continuous Improvement & Automation team. Using LEAN methodologies and also harnessing the wider UK Operations team, I manage/support a team of internal consultants to drive the UK business to optimise, innovate and become more efficient with their ways of working. I was also part of the 2017 rising talent cohort where I focused on develop goals and needs for the short and long term. In previous roles at Zurich I have worked across the claims departments and IT Transformational projects developing strong General Insurance knowledge.
