Current• Challenging the status quo and innovating the market research process• Supports/executes all steps of the market research process as needed (i.e., holding kickoff meetings, designing research, executing fieldwork/moderation, conducting analyses, writing reports, and presenting final reports)• Final checkpoint for client deliverables (i.e., surveys, guides, fieldwork, reports, insight creation, strategy)• Built out a project management platform with effective change management• Meet weekly with the research team to evaluate the project timeline and resources• Created a custom capacity algorithm to assign research teams to all projects• Built out a database for trusted subcontractors and partner networks for meeting needs if resources are over-extended• Active role in screening/interviewing new staff members to ensure the right fit• The go-to onboarding and training resource for all staff and subcontractors• Manage all company document templates and ensure the team is meeting expectations• Manage company culture and training initiatives• Dedicated to sharing market research tips and insights on the Drive Research blog
