As a driven and accomplished professional with diverse experience in technical support, visa consultation, and Business Development, I am committed to achieving success in every aspect of my career. With a B.Tech from KIIT University, I am currently pursuing PGDM from MDI Murshidabad. I have developed a strong skillset that includes Data Science, Python, SPSS, Tableau, Power BI, MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva and exceptional interpersonal skills.In my first position as a Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra Ltd, my focus was on addressing and resolving customer queries for Amazon's technical products. Afterwards, I worked as a Visa Consultant at MoreVisas Pvt Ltd and generated prospective clients from assigned leads and aligned them for face-to-face meetings, consulting them based on their preferred country while converting them into customers. My experience in Business Development includes working as a Business Development Associate at Think&Learn Pvt Ltd and Class 21a Technology Pvt Ltd, where I interacted with students from classes 1st to 12th and counselled them regarding their curriculum and upcoming entrance exams(JEE and NEET). In the end, I guided the parents through payment methods that suited them financially and eventually sold the program and furthermore managed customer relations.In addition to my professional experience, I have earned several professional certifications, including Advanced Telecom from BSNL, Embedded System from IIT Bombay, Core Java from Aptech, and most recently, The Complete Financial Analyst Course and The Data Science Course 2023: Complete Data Science Bootcamp from Udemy.As a Co-Seceratery at Ecominds, The Economics Club of MDI Murshidabad, I am responsible for creating content related to economics, Graphic designing, writing articles for the club's magazine, and organizing events.
