I have over several years experience working as bilingual customer service. I have been involved in many projets that have helped build and strengthen a company customer service relationship. My skills include Time Management, active listening,problem solving,Public Relations. In addition to this I also love helping people which is why I have always volunteered for various organisations with different roles in the companies that helped me develop communication skills both verbal and written.
