As a mission-oriented small business, with capabilities in public affairs, communications, and program management, WCS offers strategic guidance and hands-on support to clients in government, nonprofits, and the private sector.* Support project communications to facilitate the adoption of evidence-based innovations as enterprise-wide practice through environmental & stakeholder research, strategic dissemination planning, and content development. * Promote communication synchronization and strategic alignment across client enterprise through communications planning support, stakeholder engagement, copywriting, and coordination of cross-functional content and editorial reviews.* Operate a multi-step, cross-functional review process to ensure workforce management requests align with organizational standards in support of operational efficiency.* Advise customers on manpower management and standard practices for submitting workforce management requests via regular meeting facilitation and various communication channels.
