ADVISOR, DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS, OUTREACH & STRATEGY (2014 – 2015): Staffed HHS Secretary and senior officials for Affordable Care Act (ACA) Health Insurance Marketplace outreach and enrollment travel/events, and stakeholder/ press calls. Cultivated partnerships between HHS and consumer-facing media platforms including Monster.com, LinkedIn and weather.com, to reach target audiences. Evaluated earned media outreach effectiveness implementing key performance indicators, data collection automation and leveraging monitoring services to analyze ACA-related media ecosystem or improved targeting efficiency and effectiveness. MANAGER, OUTREACH & STRATEGY (2013 – 2014): Delivered strategic planning and targeting for national stakeholder ACA implementation campaign including paid and earned media, web content, collateral development and Secretary travel. Conducted extensive demographic research on prospective target markets and geodemographic targeting. Select Accomplishments:• Produced 15+ videos and 30 blog posts showcasing developing stories from Americans helped by ACA by creating and implementing process for collection and vetting of 850+ submissions, supporting content earning 1B+ impressions worldwide, ultimately helping 12.8 million Americans gain health insurance. • Selected to serve as National Press Secretary for Health Information Technology promoting U.S. efforts to establish an interoperable network of electronic health records to improve healthcare system efficiency and prevent medical accidents.
