I have 20+ years in leadership & management, strategic planning, and program development. In my career I have worked in executive roles in some of Southern California's largest non-profits as well as consulting for the Orange County Department of Education, providing training and technical assistance for community based organizations and school districts. In previous roles I have been tasked with the professional development strategy for 75+ employees, ensuring all staff get an innovative and quality training program. I also have experience in business development, building a robust volunteer recruitment and retention strategy for mentors within the Orange County and Inland Empire areas.
