As the community manager at Work Here, I was responsible for the daily management of a three-story building with over thirty members and numerous daily guests. My role involved welcoming and supporting a variety of remote workers, freelancers meeting attendees all whilst ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for them to all work. I was proactively involved in the management KPI's for the business and closely supported the founders with the strategic growth of the business. During my time at Work Here, I also released a podcast of interviews with various members of the Work Here community.
