Insure the food safety and quality are up to customer standards. Preform daily test to verify products are FDA compliance. Daily sanitation inspections and analytical testing of raw, pasteurized milk and cream.

Implement test and reports on seafood products, insure HACCP, GMP's, and PPE's are within specifications. Obtained training's for specific seafood products from R&D.

Oversee the quality of the juice within the plant to determine if within specification for the customer

Oversee the quality of the dairy product and assist in the production of cheese and ice cream. Provide mentor-ship to the new employees who's seeking food processing /manufacturing degrees .
