As a team, acted as service design consultants for the business, Lisa's Living Club. Created a research plan, conducted user research through surveys, one-on-one interviews, and a virtual workshop using Zoom and the online collaboration tool Mural. Gathered and synthesized findings to provide recommendations on how to improve customer experience and increase customer satisfaction for Lisa’s Living Club. The business owner took on several of the recommendations and implemented them into her business offering. -
