Created a material utilization dashboard that displays live data collected by sensors on the machine line against information input by operators. Worked with contractors to change the material handling procedure to one that is expected to eliminate 70% of material damages in the Baby Care department. Designed and prototyped a safety system for finished product buggies that the physical therapy team estimated will save P&G at least 130,000 dollars.

Working in the Advanced Crane Control Laboratory with Dr. Singhose. Primarily focused on research and development of two cranes that are to be used for safety testing.

Designed and prototyped a subsystem of a machine line using Solidworks, a CNC, and a mill. My writing will be featured in the 2023 annual impact report. Developed a new safety feature to prevent avoidable accidents in a machine line in one of the manufacturing plants. Gained a working knowledge of ladder logic and DraftSight.
