When I started my new passion for 12-hour barbeques, I told my family that they needed to trust the process. These are words to live by - as a lifelong Villa supporter I know this all too well. And the same goes for my career. As someone who loves seeing a project through from conception to fruition, I’ve been truly fortunate to be part of some amazing projects that have been right on the cutting edge of innovation in the RegTech world. I’ve been part of companies that have started as four colleagues in a garage with an idea, which years later have become 300 people in offices all over the world, with over 500 customers. And so, whilst nothing will ever beat the feeling of Villa’s 1982 victory, there is definitely something to be said for being part of a team with an idea that feels revolutionary. This is exactly how I feel at Multiply.ai, whose FinTech solutions are simply ground-breaking. When it clicks it clicks (no, that wasn’t a stab at a tech-related pun), and being part of this team is something I am very excited about. So, trust the process.
