In 2019, BCHS hosted a public health fellow from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, who served onsite at BCHS helping advance BCHS led public health initiatives.BCHS is proudly an approved Health Resources and Services Administration 340B Pharmacy Designee and a federally recognized National Health Service Corps member. As a partner, I enjoyed leading projects in Asia, Europe and North America focused on innovation, healthcare systems design and technology. In 2020, I participated as a consultant to one of the United States’ largest health systems. In 2019, I consulted with Shell in Europe. Between 2017-2019, I consulted in Asia. In 2017, I served as plenary session speaker at the annual conference of the Beijing General Practitioners Association. My work with FMS demonstrated that healthcare globally is the great equalizer. Every country on earth wants high quality healthcare solutions for their citizens.

CrossPoint, a registered consultancy company, controlled a network of SME companies in Mainland China and Hong Kong. With a diverse staff team from across China and more than a dozen countries, our Scope of Work included: Consultancy focused on market entry; In-China management concerns; C-Suite and Board level roles within multiple companies, including a Chinese Digital Media Company focused on APP development and delivering content to Mainland People's Republic of China audiences; Conference hosting and special events in China's Tier One Cities, including Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou; As well as philanthropic / CSR initiatives in the PRC. With a Governing Board deeply entrenched in China, we worked at various levels with companies and NGOs, as well as Beijing Area, China National and North Korean government agencies. While serving with CrossPoint, one experience I enjoyed was the privilege to lead a multi-nation consultancy team to work in the North Korean (DPRK) capital, helping support the development of the DPRK's first children's cerebral palsy rehabilitation center. In other work, I was honored to directly manage the incubation of American, Australian, and UK start-ups as they migrated their operations into Mainland China.

One of eight vice presidents directing the work of this 5,000 person multi-national organization. With a significant focus on humanitarian, medical, disaster relief initiatives, church development and faith-based initiatives, NAMB is the largest provider of skilled personnel deployed through the American Red Cross in times of emergent crisis. NAMB held seats on the Homeland Security / FEMA Disaster Preparedness Roundtable. Through an extensive network of partners, NAMB conducted and coordinated regional, national and international projects. It was my privilege to provide leadership to numerous foci, including: 1) The establishment of a new healthcare platform among federally defined medically underserved communities; 2) Strategic agency to agency partnerships (B2B), which focused on the development of strategies and allocation of resources to support those strategies; 3) Oversight of personnel and operations in a multi-state region. At different times during my 12 year tenure with NAMB, I provided direct leadership to development initiatives, including for a time holding the additional title of Interim Chief Development Officer. During my work at NAMB, I was also a member of a multi-agency end-user workgroup which partnered with Carnegie Mellon University's ABBY Project, which is an advanced online artificial intelligence translation platform. At the time of my engagement, ABBY allowed people to converse in real time across 28 languages; which accounted for 95 percent of the world's population. In written and audible mediums, ABBY corrects errors, clarifies colloquialisms, understands cues and learns through interaction to perform real-time interactive dialogue between two or more parties ABBY was originally developed for DOD, but today it and its protégés are leading AI transformation globally.

One of seven Regional Directors leading professional multi-national staff teams in strategic planning and coordination of agency activities with field partners. Responsible for: budget; strategy alignment; formation of objectives, metrics and management of personnel and programs; including Human Resource oversight of six state area with 500 related personnel. Developed and led agency pilot projects, including Security Planning, Policy and Protocol development for personnel serving along US-Mexico Border and other potentially hostile environments. Led multi-year New Orleans Workgroup which included merger and acquisition activities impacting personnel, properties and other assets. Coordinated workflow of outside legal counsel. Responsible for annually hosting 14 strategic planning meetings with external key partners.

With a professional background in financial consulting and investment advisory, I served as a key strategy consultant for NAMB to more than 45,000 member organizations in the US, Canada and Caribbean. Traveling full-time for seven years, I completed 1,000+ documented client consultations. Advisory topics included: organizational capacity building and health; key program evaluation; strategy development and implementation; financial consultation; personnel evaluation and selection; crisis management concerns and more. During this period I was also responsible for key relationships with supporting foundations. Additionally, I published articles on a wide variety of topics ranging from asset investment policy to contingency planning. Furthermore, I chaired multiple agency committees and taskforces.

Before and after graduate school, I served a total of five years with Bank of America's Investment Groups. As a licensed Series 7, 65 and 63, I was responsible for the solicitation and management of client investment portfolios. At my peak, I managed nine figure USD client investment accounts. During my first year of employment, I worked in the capital markets division, but quickly transitioned to a new line of business BAC was opening in retail investing and related client services. My clients included high net worth individuals, corporations, non-profits, and educational institutions. Daily my work involved domestic and foreign trading activities. During my tenure, I was for a time directly involved in the company's regional regulatory and compliance oversight, as well as related training processes for all levels of trading personnel.
