As the MMSEA Client Analyst interfaces with clients and the BCRC (Benefits Coordination and Recovery Center) to ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Extension Act (MMSEA) Section 111 reporting requirements. Our MMSEA Client Analyst is responsible for the intake of data from clients and the subsequent submission of the clients’ data to the BCRC, including the identification and resolution of exceptions and errors.I am also responsible for: Serving as the main point of contact for new and existing MMSEA clients.Learning MMSEA requirements and maintaining a current knowledge of government trends and regulations.Assisting clients with registration and providing training to clients on the use of the web portal.Assisting clients with review of settlement agreements for information needed for reporting.Maintaining a positive working relationship with clients, including regular communication and reports, ad hoc reporting as required, and any other client needs.Ensuring the timely and accurate submission of data to BCRC.Resolving technical and subject matter issues as they arise, and collaborating as appropriate to bring issues to resolution.Learning and correctly following existing processes, and coordinating internal process improvements resulting from changes in government requirements and/or business need.Timely and effectively providing status reports to management and others, as appropriate.Defining and documenting system requirements and tests changes as needed.Interfacing with Finance to address billing, invoicing and other accounting needs.Assisting with the creation, documentation, and implementation of departmental procedures.Coordinating with other GRG departments as necessary for clients who engage GRG for additional services.Regularly participating in meetings and is dependable as an internal/external resource on assigned projects.Other responsibilities as assigned.
