My focus areas include Health Planning, Health Informatics, Health Care Policy, healthcare systems, and management.My six years of experience as a custodian have allowed me to develop essential skills in organization, leadership, and effective communication. In this role, I was responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, managing supplies, and preparing facilities for various needs. This role allowed me to develop strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills, especially with diverse teams, thanks to my bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.I am passionate about transitioning into healthcare administration, where I aim to leverage my academic background and hands-on experience to drive improvements in facility operations and patient care.
