As an Assistant Manager at Yulu, I apply my automotive engineering skills and passion for two-wheelers to ensure the quality and efficiency of the electric vehicles (EVs) and batteries that power them. I oversee the repair and maintenance of the EV fleet, manage the inventory and warehousing of the spare parts and batteries, and analyze the data and metrics to optimize the operations and performance of the EVs and batteries.I joined Yulu in 2020 as an Operations Associate, after working as a Service Consultant at Royal Enfield for a year, where I gained valuable customer service and satisfaction skills. At Yulu, I quickly demonstrated my problem-solving and data-driven abilities, and was promoted to Operations Specialist in 2021. I have also contributed to talent acquisition, team management, and quality control initiatives, and have used tools such as MsExcel, Jira, and Zoho to facilitate my work. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, which has given me a solid foundation in the technical and practical aspects of automotive engineering. I value ownership and responsibility, and I always seek to learn and grow myself and my team.
