In this role I am responsible for all day-to-day operational and financial activities of the company. Heavily involved with all strategic planning, plant site selections and responsible for working with all raw material suppliers and customers of our end products. Key member of executive committee reporting to the Board of Directors. Assist with fund raising.

As COO responsible for all manufacturing and logistics functions worldwide. Also responsible for all activities outside the U.S., including sales/marketing and other staff functions. FPI manufactures in four European countries and sells in 40 other countries. Responsible for development of distribution network in Asia and Latin America, as well as contract manufacturing in China.As CFO responsible for worldwide finance, accounting, reporting, planning and IT functions. Also responsible for auditing, insurance & risk management, banking, taxes, benefits administration and investor relations activities.

Responsible for all finance, accounting, IT, investor relations and administrative functions. Also responsible for international operations with four production plants in Europe and distribution operations in 40 countries. Responsible for 35 staff people, plus 165 sales, service and operations people in 5 countries.

Responsible for worldwide activities of a $270 million business with 15 plants in 6 countries. Full worldwide P&L responsibility and oversight of all sales/marketing, R&D, operational and staff functions for this multinational packaging company.

Responsible for all corporate finance functions worldwide including accounting, SEC and internal reporting, financial planning and analysis, audits, budgeting, fixed assets, AR, AP, GL, credit & collections, treasury, insurance & risk management, payroll, corporate travel group, income and other taxes, worldwide customs and international export licensing, investor relations, internal controls, MIS system design and integration group, etc. Responsible for large multinational staff. Key person on corporate M&A team for hardware and software divisions and subsidiaries.

Oversaw banking, cash manage, financing and investing activities for the worldwide group. Also responsible for the company's worldwide tax, customs,export licensing and risk management/insurance departments. After one year took over responsibility for worldwide facilities, travel and administrative services functions for this $2.8 billion group of companies.
