A driven and ambitious individual with a passion for problem solving, developing procedural strategies, and training key members within a diverse organization. I was born and raised in a diverse community in New Jersey and enjoy meeting new people and see their progression over time. I pursued a degree in Education and eventually realized that my interests and skills extended past being a (respectable) educator. With a Bachelor's degree in Humanities, and a background in Psychology and Education, my original passion for teaching quickly transformed into customer service, and training managers, site directors, and my own team in previous organizations. With an interest in culture, communications, the human condition, and training, I have the ability to adapt to different environments, observe challenges through opposing perspectives, and to play a key role in the development of strategies meant to improve an organization.
