While acting as an M - Business Development for Trafigura, I was responsible for spearheading the establishment of Trafigura Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd as a Local Director, overseeing the formation of a local entity and subsequently assuming the role of Company Secretary. It is worth mentioning that I obtain all requisite licenses and approvals for initiating commercial operations in Pakistan. One of my key tasks is to supervise the acquisition of inbound shipments for petrol, gasoil, and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), along with High Sulfur Fuel Oil (HSFO) and Low Sulfur Fuel Oil (LSFO). I also oversee the export of bitumen, condensate, and biodiesel, including Avgas and crude oil in the import portfolio. I have demonstrated success in facilitating the expansion of the metal division in the Pakistani market, working closely with our team to strengthen our presence. I engage with regulators and Ministry to provide technical assistance in the process of liberalizing Pakistan's gas market. Furthermore, I manage interactions with regulators and Ministry, offering support and expertise to aid in the liberalization of the gas market in Pakistan.Below is my notable achievement from this role: Led multidisciplinary team as Project Lead, facilitating the establishment of gas trading and accounting system within the Pakistani gas market. Supported regional projects and actively contributed to the global LNG and gas development team, providing valuable insights and assistance to the LNG team. Formulate and execute strategic initiatives for business expansion, portfolio diversification, and supply chain optimization in established and emerging markets. Discovered and delivered multiple investment prospects in downstream activities to Trafigura Group, facilitating strategic decision-making and exploration of new business opportunities.

In this capacity with Pakistan LNG Limited, I created and developed a sustainable supply chain of LNG (liquefied Natural Gas) within Pakistan while serving as Executive strategist in charge. I have also achieved organizational goals and objectives by overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's contracting and procurement operations. My key job was to direct company risk exposure without compromising on commercial and quality aspects of Imported LNG by developing standard contractual terms/conditions in consultation with legal advisors and internal stakeholders.The following were my renowned contributions: Contributed to the country's energy needs and fostered economic growth by executing a contract of US $ 5B for the supply of LNG to Pakistan. Streamlined day-to-day operational activities by generating essential documents, including bid documents, confirmation notices, term sheets, SPA, MSPA, TUA, and GSA.

As a Senior Executive - LNG, HRSG my day-to-day duties include:• Playing the pivotal role as a founding member in the establishment of Pakistan's inaugural LNG (liquefied natural gas) supply chain. • Assuming leadership responsibilities in overseeing and managing day-to-day activities, ensuring efficient operations, and meeting consumer requirements while optimizing utilization of available infrastructure through adjustment of RLNG send-out rates.My major contributions include: Provided substantial contributions in the realm of shareholder management through strategic consultation on techno-commercial aspects of agreements, including SPA, Tripartite, IP, LSA, and MSPA Safeguarded the interests of the organization by performing thorough due diligence on consultant reports, evaluating project schedules, and assessing economic and technical viability. Planned, organized, and formulated Annual Delivery Plan for approximately 4.5 MTPA of LNG. Accomplished commissioning of FSRU-based terminal including Custody transfer in collaboration with Third Party Surveyors.
