Sales And Marketing Operation Manager
Current• Support sales directors/country manager to achieve targets by monitoring the pipeline, backlog • Analyzing performance metrics and providing feedback to sales directors/country manager so that they can optimize sales team resources & increase sales effectiveness• Review and interpret regular data sets and create presentations, QBR, business reviews and other KPIs to managers, directors & country managers• Drive completion of account planning, while engaging with the sales management• Working with sales management to apply targets and verify sales commission calculations• Ensure consistent management of the sales organisation data in Insight’s ERP system so management reporting is accurate• Liaise with the Marketing team to create, implement, and track successful marketing leads/ campaigns such as marketing automation systems• Assist in gathering marketing analytics, creating performance reports to provide visibility into the local business• Drive operational excellence in the sales organization by identifying issues and solutions to make business flow better by development and implementation of EMEA wide processes and procedures• Ensure compliance with existing internal company policies and procedures for sales with company quality standards to ISO 9001• Attending and organizing meetings and training sessions for the sales divisions
