Most of my career has been about one thing: a tiny team of mates called Wellgosh, founded by good friend Peter Turner. Over 20 years we took Pete's iconic Leicester fashion store worldwide to become an online retail powerhouse - eventually acquired by JD Sports in 2020.After parting ways with the Wellgosh 'family', I moved my actual family back to Australia to start ‘Be the change’, a digital agency for history making health charities Public Health Collaboration, Low Carb Down Under, Reversing Type 2 (a project with Nutrition Coalition and Society of Metabolic Health Practitioners) and most recently the Australasian Metabolic Health Society.I co-founded Metabolica in 2022 with mate Craig Fisher, we are on an amazing journey to bring the world the first home test for insulin resistance screening unit with its own metabolic dashboard platform.Meanwhile, I push for better mental health with the Push For Better Foundation and it's flagship event The Push-Up Challenge as CTO with an incredible team of high achievers lead by local WA Australian of the Year, Nick Hudson. We have a chart topping mobile app and some impressive stats like 1.2 billion push-ups logged, over $50 million raised and 500,000 plus worldwide participants... and counting.Good times.
