Northern Collegiate is a program upheld by six schools on the Gold Coast, where I participated and volunteered time into fundraising for two charities, specifically the Cancer Council and Hearts of Purple. I advocated for these two organisations through various ways including school projects, volunteer work, emailing companies, and even self-donations at times. All of which was topped off with an even more memorable experience of participating in Relay for Life that the Cancer Council annually holds at the Griffith University of Gold Coast, Queensland where I ran 98 laps around the oval to showcase my support.
