Managed a project to implement a HR Information System (Sage People) across the Utmost entities in Ireland, Guernsey, Isle of Man and the UK. Working with the HR teams in the 4 jurisdictions and an external vendor we implemented new HR management processes, Objective Management and Recruitment solutions to provide a common HR management and reporting solution for over 1600 staff across the group.Working with a team of internal and external infrastructure and software experts I managed a project to remediate the hardware and software estate within Utmost PanEurope. The project implemented a new database strategy and replaced out of support applications and systems with up to date solutions. In addition the project remediated the storage of data across the servers through decommissioning and migration to a new group domain. The project improved the security profile within Utmost PanEurope.Managed a program of work to increase the levels of Cyber Security within Utmost PanEurope and integrate legacy infrastructure.Managed a project to implement a risk management system across the Utmost entities in Ireland, Guernsey, Isle of Man and the UK. Working with the risk teams in the 4 jurisdictions we implemented an RCSA system to provide a common risk management and reporting framework.Project managed a cross functional team to make Utmost compliant with Belgian Regulatory Reporting legislation.Working with members of the senior executive team I managed the project to ensure that the Governance required within the first 100 days of establishing Utmost PanEurope was in place.I managed a cross functional project team to ensure Utmost PanEurope was compliant with the requirements of both the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) and PRIIPs. This involved coordinating the activities of SME from Marketing, Legal, IT, Investments, Actuarial and Customer Operations.

I managed the project to ensure correct Governance and rebranding was in place for the transition from Generali PanEurope to Utmost.I managed the project to implement compliance with the Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products (PRIIPs) regulation.I managed the project to implement Data Quality operating guidelines and Pillar 3 reporting as part of the overall Solvency II program.
