Strategic Sourcing:●Developing and putting into practice sourcing methods for clothing and raw materials from suppliers in China, Bangladesh, and Indonesia.●Negotiating prices with suppliers through efficient vendor management and assessment for l cost-effective production.●Maintaining vendor performance that provides flexibility to satisfy business requirements to fill production gaps.●Evaluating and putting in place financial plans to achieve targeted growth. Sourcing and Production Management.●Coordinating with all departments for production planning, control, and adherence to schedule and action plan; identifying, onboarding, and maintaining cost-effective alternate raw material and manufacturing vendors.
