He has exceptional people skills, business acumen, investment experience inspiring and engaging individuals and teams through rapid and sometimes difficult change. He has operational and advisory experience across the consumer, media, education, marketing services, health industries and investment and M&A processes. During the decade of his involvement as Trustee and Programme Leader at The Startup Leadership Program, he helped grow the UK footprint of the global not-for-profit to 160 start-ups, 2,000 local jobs and $158M raised capital. Previously he created one of the first incubators, launching $9mm article27 into the teeth of the first dot com storm, was a 'Face to Watch' in advertising industry bible, Campaign, a jury foreman for D&AD the creative benchmark and at 28 one of the youngest Board Planning Directors in ad shop Leo Burnett's history.He is an advisor and mentor to the NHS's Clinical Entrepreneur Program. He lives in London with his wife and three sons, is a qualified yoga instructor and attempts to combine the physical practice with the mind practice.
