To use the latest available PC or Mac platforms and other appropriate mediums to produce creative and innovative graphic design/artwork for publications, promotional materials and exhibitions. Taking campaign lead to design and develop concepts for all of the Muntada Aid’s materials, including direct mail, leaflet, postcards, newsletters (E-magazine), flyers, invitations, online banners, digital media etc. as required. To provide expertise and a creative input from the inception stage of design work through to its final production, where necessary co-coordinating work produced by other sections and undertaking liaison with departments of all supervisory levels to ensure initial concepts and ideas are explored and developed to the full. To ensure all work is produced in given time frames and accordance with approved Departmental and/or the organisational standards. To produce detailed specifications for printing and related works in order to allow quotes to be sought. Have an understanding of printing specifications to ensure quality printing. Liaising with printers to place orders. Work on exhibition layouts and design of graphics boards, including attendance at exhibitions, conference and events to help with set up of stand and marketing material. Manage and maintain filing systems (soft and hard copy), image contracts, logos, photos, artwork archives and photos from guest to ensure good housekeeping in the Marketing and Media office.

Fostering a strong relationship with clients where feedback could always be exchanged.
