During my tenure as IT-OT Manager, I supervised the transition of our IT systems as we separated from Freeport McMoRan and integrated with Lundin, ensuring a smooth continuation of operations. I orchestrated the successful rollout of SAP, which involved restructuring our payroll systems, and introduced the StarLims laboratory system, improving data accuracy and process efficiency. I took the lead in deploying the mobile equipment vital signs monitoring (MEM) system and upgrading our WAN, resulting in better equipment monitoring and network reliability. I directed the launch of Project Online for project portfolio management, establishing a PMO and streamlining project execution. I implemented a comprehensive barcode system in our material warehouses and introduced the UNILINK cataloging system to optimize inventory management and procurement processes.
