• Provides professional flight and ground instruction to both aspiring and certificated pilots. Conducts Flight Reviews, Instrument Proficiency Checks, and aircraft checkouts. Instructs in both Part 141 and Part 61 programs. Ensures the safety of each flight and compliance with regulatory requirements while helping pilot achieve their aviation goals. Promotes aviation in the local community.• Over 20 years of experience leading Organizations, Projects, Programs and Operations at all levels of decision making.• Leadership at the Office of the US Army Deputy Chief of Staff, G-8 managing Defense Acquisition, Program Lifecycle Management, Procurement / Research and Development Planning, Major Intelligence / Aviation Defense Systems, Test and Evaluations, and supporting Congressional high priority actions within a classified environment.• Extensive experience in Defense Force Management and the Planning Programming, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES).
