Procurement Planning and Control:Procurement of raw materials and bought-outs as per project requirement and stock available.Development of suppliers for certain special items required for certain equipments.Release Purchase Orders and manage supplier deliveries and payments.Ensure quality of purchased items.Production Planning and Control:Planning project schedules as per activities in the project and delivery committed to clients.Maintain and develop Sub - vendors for certain special items viz. Casting, etc. to meet the standards committed to the client.Organise workers training program to keep them acquainted with latest manufacturing techniques.Design of Jigs and Fixtures to maintain uniformity and speed up certain operations.Quality Control:Conduct dimensional, aesthetic and operational tests of equipments.Documentation of quality tests, warranty cum guarantee certificates, and equipment manuals.Conduct inspections as specified by client in QAP, in the presence of client or 3rd party inspections.Product Development:Conduct tests on equipments at various operating conditions and generate data.Observe design flaws and provide suitable solutions either in design or manufacturing processes.Despatch Management:Arrangement of transportation as per project requirement.Standardization of design of packages and labeling depending on the project.Documentation of despatch documents viz. Delivery Challans, E-way bill, Invoice, etc.Techno - Commercial Activities:Preparing Techno - Commercial Offers to be sent to clients.Checking G.A. Drawings and Technical Data Sheet to be submitted.Preparing Estimations for making quotations.Participating in online bidding on platforms of our clients like JSW, ACC, AMNS etc.Conducting technical and commercial with clients to finalize an order.
