• Established my first brainchild entrepreneurial venture "Campus Events Private Limited" as Co-Founder. The aim is to make it the leading Event & Artist Management Company in India for providing artist and event logistics services to various educational institutions for live entertainment shows.• Successfully delivered 700+ live entertainment shows in 5 years (2015-2020), 350+ artists collaborations (Bollywood Singers, Indie Bands, DJs, Stand-up acts, Influencers & international artists as well, 497+ event production set-ups planned and executed across India at 250+ college campuses.• Expanded the company's market share from 10% to 50% in the financial year 2017-2019 by increasing number of clients from 45 to 114 and revenue by 25% on every artist and event production set-up deals of every college annual cultural festival we associated with through careful planning, market research and through a developed vision for the growth of the company.• Developed and implemented new business strategies to improve various company services such as securing sponsorship deals with multiple brands for different Festivals and discussed new ideas with the production team to increase the company’s revenue in event production set-up deals.• Curated and executed experiential marketing campaigns for 'Sparx' ( Relaxo Footwear Limited), 'Denver Deodrants' (Vanesa Care Private Limited) and for 'Pulse Candy' (DS group) at 75+ colleges across India- connecting with more than 2.5M+ students.• Liaised and negotiated with various leading artist management companies in India like OML-Only Much Louder, CAN-Collective Artists Network, TM Talent Management, BToS Productions, independent artist managers and event production set-up vendors for 500+ live entertainment shows at various Colleges in 5 years.• Built and enhanced the company's public profile at various college events, speaking engagements, TEDx etc.

• Identified new leads through cold calling for various artists and event logistics requirements in live entertainment events of Night clubs and Annual cultural festivals of Universities/Colleges across India.• Coordinated live entertainment events of the company and pitched company services to various Night club managers, Annual cultural festival coordinators and closed deals for artists and event logistics services.• Prepared presentations for new clients of the company and contacted them about new developments in the company services.• Attended various live entertainment events organized by the company and learned event planning and execution with the Operations team.
