Responsible for the development of our product set, along with our Information Security, Quality and Audit, Internal IT, property estate, Training and testing services.

Responsible for the infrastructure and software design and development of all new products and feature enhancements which the company offers. In addition I am also responsible for our Information Security, Audit, Quality, and training and testing functions.

Responsible for all technical delivery areas; R&D, Design and Delivery, Field Engineering, PMO and Training.

- Directed a number of key IT initiatives, including the delivery of a new telephony system, renegotiations of the college’s mobile phone contract (Saving around 60% on the annual cost), Providing a more secure Wifi solution along with more robust web filtering. I also reviewed the network resilience and oversaw initiative to make improvements- Developed a 3 year Estates investment strategy along with a financial plan to support it- Director of a hotel and football stand which the college owns. Managed a strategic project relating to the sale of this.- Delivered a number of key projects including the tendering for manned guarding services, and substantial M&E infrastructure replacement project, a striking refresh of the reception area, redesign and rebranding of the college’s Employer Engagement and Apprenticeships function and the reconfiguration of the colleges Learner Services area to provide a more engaging student experience- Led the Property Estate Team of around 30 colleagues- Developed a five year planned and preventative maintenance plan- Negotiated and oversaw support contracts for the college - Led the colleges sports facilities and coaching teams, where I achieved approximately 10% increase in profits

- Initiated, planned, and managed a multi million pound programme to consolidate two college campuses into one location - Including the development of a large extension to the college’s construction centre.- The creation of a three floor 6th form and HE centre, - A state of the art VR/AR suite, - Relocation of an engineering workshop, - Design and delivery of a specialist music suite, - Delivery of a full refurbishment of another of the colleges buildings to provide three new science labs, two prep rooms and a new chemical store, along with additional classroom space. - In addition I also relocated all of the closing site resources and staff to the new campus

- Enabled the exit of expensive London real estate through the delivery of a key project to acquire, fit-out and occupy a new building for Lloyds Banking Group- Managing consolidations of several thousand colleagues around the estate, facilitating the delivery of divisional strategies to create critical mass hubs across the UK.- Led on the IT installation, refurbishment and consolidation into a 190 seat accommodation suite, enabling a key strategic programme to deliver more effectively.- Developed strong relationships with senior divisional stakeholders which enabled us to secure buy-in to our challenging divisional plans with minimal resistance- Ensured BAU continued without issues whilst delivering service enhancements for the department by taking a lead role in the development and delivery of a TUPE transition plan- Developed Risk Division’s strategy to consolidate into fewer locations and increase ratio working in order to improve divisional efficiencies and colleague satisfaction scores- Improved departmental effectiveness by overseeing the development and implementation of a suite of new and amended processes for the department

Cut group costs by c. £25m/annum through the delivery of a business culture and IT change programme for Lloyds office consolidation programme following its merger with HBOS, this included:- Successfully managed a team of 12 business analysts. - Delivered the moves and changes required to over 18000 colleagues- Delivered a communications strategy to support the roll out of Agile working- Managed a cultural change programme to change the way Lloyds Bank uses its office estate

Programme Managed Property and Infrastructure related project portfolio for Bank of Scotland Corporate-Delivery of the Mayfair Offices - a £13m fitout programme involving IT, Property, Business, Marketing and HR workstreams. Including laison with the Corporate Executive Board -Delivery of refurbishment of offices in Chester for The Direct Business Bank. -Overseeing the acquisition and fit out of new offices in Amersham, Southampton (Jellicoe House), Gatwick (City Place), Princess Exchange (Edinburgh), Renault Financial Services new HQ. Including creation of business cases, liaising with Asset Management, IT, Architects, Construction teams, Business colleagues and Landlords -Delivery of a property strategy for the group's Corporate Banking division-Management of a team of five highly motivated project managers - Developed the FTE tracking database for Retail Division

-Obtained the ITIL Service Management Licence Management of Change within the IT environment -Management of IT Incidents and Problems to ensure quick resolution and minimal occurrences -Liaison with Group Exec to keep them appraised of actions being taken, current impacts and to agree best course of action where required. -Managed the Y2K review and testing for all Service Management tools being used to support the business.
