Current• Guide Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) to identify, prioritize, profile, define, and manage key data elements that must be managed as mission-critical assets—including KPIs, metrics, dimensions, master data, and reference data.• Selected out of 130 people as the recipient of the 2023 Teleion Capability Recognition All Star of the Year Award in this role for overall combination of outstanding recognition, recognizing others, & client feedback. • Lead the remediation of 2,050+ data quality issues, improving 2 organization-wide applications' overall data quality scores 11-16%, while boosting KPIs to 97%+.• Promote a culture of data integrity by developing partnerships with 20+ executive sponsors, 65+ data owners, and 45+ stewards to encourage data integrity standards and guidelines; using these partnerships to create, develop, & implement the Data Stewardship Program.• Understand business requirements, translating them into actionable specifications including how data should be managed.• Implement data integrity performance and standards, while developing and implementing operating plans to achieve those standards via audits, automation and processes.• Work with lines of business to identify and solve data integrity and quality issues, recommend data quality improvement opportunities, and establish metrics for tracking performance of critical data elements.• Build Frameworks for Data Quality and Data Stewardship efforts.• Represent the team in discussions with technical and business stakeholders globally as a subject matter expert.• Responsible for end-to-end planning and implementation of GREF’s data management program to achieve and maintain the level of data quality required to support its business goals and objectives.• Co-lead Wellness & Community Subcommittees on Teleion's Culture Committee, organizing company-wide virtual events including Virtual Happy Hours, Summer, & Winter Wellness Challenges.
