Manage a team of project managers within the Finance Area. Responsible for support and oversight of the team with a primary focus on coaching and development. Also assisting in the building of a Project Management Office (PMO) and operating model for the team.

Worked as key member of small Executive team in a denovo commercial bank start up. Responsibilities included all aspects of decision making and implementation associated with system infrastructure, deposit operations and branch facilities. Managed small but effective team with oversight of marketing, compliance, vendor management, security, BSA.

Oversight of various corporate initiatives related to problem resolution as well as business process improvement. Responsible for team oversight, project scoping and analysis, improvement recommendations and implementation.

Managed support functions which provided operational and administrative controls and direction for the Consumer Bank Division (100+ branches) based on the Corporation's long and short term strategies and objectives. Functional areas included compliance, branch operations, merger/acquisition planning,and integration, risk management, branch communication.

Provided coaching and direction for 36 branches relative to daily operations, customer service and sales/business development activity. Focus on establishing Webster branding in Greater Hartford as well as assisting with Webster's transition from a thrift to a commercial bank.

Coordinated all employee and customer aspects of the Fleet/Shawmut divestiture (59 branches to 9 purchasers in 5 states)

Selected as a member of a small team identified to oversee purchased institutions after Legal Day One, but, prior to conversion.
