I am passionate about the design and delivery of transformative service experiences. My research, teaching, coaching, and consulting efforts focus on helping others better understand and apply principles that allow them to create experiences. I can quickly connect with learners, both at the university level and boardroom, and evangelize the importance of engagement with experience design principles for personal and professional success. I am convinced that the world will be better lived with a deeper understanding of what it takes to create meaningful experiences. For the past 12+ years my time has been split between 1.) preparing for and delivering learning experiences at the university and executive levels, 2.) conducting service experience research at the highest levels of academia, 3.) consulting professionals to translate strategic vision into tactical actions, and 4.) coaching and mentoring direct reports, professionals, and students in career development efforts.
