Manage and monitor the overall credit risk of the bank’s loan portfolio to ensure proper performance and adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines. Participate in the development and implementation of the bank’s strategic objectives.Responsible for regular reporting of loan portfolio performance to Internal Loan Committee and Board of Directors.Lead, coach, and develop relationship managers to ensure lending culture correlates appropriately with lending policies and strategies. Participate as voting member of Internal Loan Committee.Ensure bank credit standards are maintained by managing credit analysis function, implementation of appropriate lending policies and procedures, and mitigation of risk associated with distribution of the bank’s loan portfolio. Primary liaison to examiners, loan review, and external auditors. Coordinate management of collection practices, workout loan scenarios, and management of OREO properties with recommendations of appropriate strategies delivered to Board of Directors.

Manage commercial and consumer portfolio by actively prospecting and developing new relationships while ensuring effective retention of existing customer base. Coordinate and manage aspects of loan underwriting including: analysis and interpretation of financials, loan structuring, negotiation and closing, collections, and ongoing support. Serve as company representative throughout the local community by actively participating and supporting events.

Manage all aspects of branch office sales and operations to ensure strategic goals and objectives are met quarterly.Responsible for the development and maintenance of small business relationships through effective collaboration with internal line of business partners.Manage overall branch profitability by strategically supervising: staffing, expense management, profit and loss, forecasting, performance management, and service standards.

Proactively analyze business trends and work collaboratively with management staff to implement corrective sales and operational measures to improve store performanceMaintain and encourage customer loyalty through efficient resolution of disputes, complaints, or discrepancies.
