Eddie Wright, who is currently looking at new employment opportunities, was the GPM Transformation in New Zealand for Alcatel-Lucent. Previously he was a Senior Solutions Architect for Asia Pacific Business Development & Sales Support Services Group based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Formally GPM for Managed Services Malaysia with Alcatel-Lucent in Kuala Lumpur.He also managed the intergrated-Management of Change project by providing Knowledge Transfer for Telecom Egypt. He started his career in Telecom New Zealand & eventually became the Head of Service Assurance before moving to AAPT in Australia. He has been actively involved in many Network Operations organisational transformation including the transfer of Network Operations Centre teams (Fixed & Mobile).
