Senior Business Manager
Led the development and execution of short, medium and long-term Three core business objectives: maximise non-core service revenue, nurture and grow client base through scaling adjacencies and transform for the future through the delivery of new products aligned to market forces and competitor analysis.- Strategic / Tactical thinking in sales planning , business strategic reviews and research methods.- Accountable for revenue growth / forecasting of SME budget in new and existing business- Business Lead for development of cross-functional collaboration on new product development - mobile security & IP telephony processes, SLAs, processes, marketing and change management procedures.- Builds trust, influences effectively, strong relationships crafted internally and externally.- Reporting to and managing Senior Leadership through communication engagement at Senior Management level.- Leads, empowers, challenges to achieve business objectives. Coaches and mentors to ensure consistent high performance and effective business delivery from across the sales teams and account managers.- Proactively drives continuous improvement from team outputs through refinement of shape and content in reporting and market analysis. - Communication frequency and transparency, open and honest inter team engagement, promotion of a positive “can do” attitude.- Maintain and develop effective relationship with group and other stakeholders, despite competing pressures.- Cross function collaborative responsibility in delivering overall Business Directorate budgeted in all market segments.- Business Lead on the development of Business Directorate HR competency and education programmes.
