I led all operational and creative aspects of this radio station for Capital FM 107 and The Rock FM97 serving the population of the Pacific Island of Vanuatu. This included managing a diverse team of up to 30 across production, presenters, administration, marketing, HR, sales and event management. We achieved 85% market share, the largest on the island, becoming an intrinsic part of Island brand. I launched a new station The Rock FM97, targeted at expats and tourists.

I co-founded the first successful American football program in the university’s history. I managed all day to day operations as well as the annual budget and annual objectives. Additionally, I oversaw the Health & Safety of 50+ players during training and games.
