Whilst working for Urban IT, I have been providing outsourced IT support to local and national companies. As a helpdesk analyst I provided server and workstation support to multi-site companies, mainly via remote access, but also through onsite visits. My responsibilities included:• Server support including; maintaining Active Directory, Exchange, backups, file permissions and shares, installing and maintaining shared printers.• Administering Citrix environments.• Workstation support and troubleshooting for hardware and applications.• Imaging of workstation and rollouts.• Virus and malware cleanups.

Working for a computer games company in a design role. This entailed producing detailed design documents and then working with artists and programmers to produce the finished game.
