Develop and maintain access for entire Novartis Oncology portfolio in the large Academic Medical Centers and Systems of Care. Serve as the Account Lead and Novartis Oncology point for customer C/D Suite and Key Decision Maker engagements. Lead the co-creation of account plans to facilitate extended teams' activities to achieve appropriate growth objectives. Coordinate with the internal matrix teams to ensure objectives are in scope for engagement with assigned accounts. Ensure new products are successfully launched and seamlessly integrated into the accounts for immediate use. Key Accounts included: Stanford, UCSF, Sutter Health, Oregon Health and Science University, University of Washington, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, Providence Health. Master’s Club 2022.

Responsible for market access of the Novartis Oncology portfolio by executing brand strategies with regional payers, IDNs and Academic Medical Centers in OR, WA and Northern CA. Working within a matrixed organization. Key activities included: contracting with payers and provider groups and leading the account planning process.
