I was appointed to manage “Installation Quality” and “Service” and ensure compliance with Group Internal Audit requirements. As a key stakeholder in a business review that included collaboration across all business areas, I co-managed the delivery of 2000 Quality Assurance audits, subsequent data analyses and the production of business proposals designed to deliver compliance with these audit requirements. I scoped, delivered and managed a National Quality Assurance Programme and was awarded a Chief Executive Award for my work and the “legacy” it provided.The project culminated in the delivery of new installation standards and monitoring proceduresI also worked to develop the concept of using TRACKER Network(UK) Ltd patented VHF Technology as a form of RFID. This is now live in their MESH Network for recovering stolen vehicles.
