Setting welding schedules for new and existing programs. Designed & helped build a new resistance weld machine that produced 200%+ of current machines to meet rising demands.Maintaining machines and programming to reduce downtime and improve productivity & quality.5S and Kaizen are always in process of improvement.Worked at sister company to do training & eliminate major (3 parts CS2 containment) quality issues that were resolved completely in 3 months.

Engineer over MIG welding robots, hand MIG welders and resistance welding. Designed new fixture to increase productivity 60% & 20% power savings.Nominated for President's Award for adding additional robot arm to make a "Dual Robotic Cell" with 43% productivity improvement & savings of $1.2M. Worked with integrator to accomplish their first cell of this type that became their flag ship cell.Working with stamping presses, dies, welding, frxtures, heavy assembly and production lines.
