Review architectural plans, RFIs, CCDs, and other project documents. Manage and review project budgets and schedules. Directed day to day building operations at Gateway Tower West (278,501 sf office/retail), Deseret Book Building (48,606 sf office/retail), Main Street Parking Garage (350 stalls), and Richards Court Retail (20,801 sf retail). Developed annual operating budgets, completed monthly financial performance analysis and reporting, and established annual property valuations. Worked with leasing director to increase leased space from 66.7% to 85.6% over 12-month period. Collaborated with project management team in completing 80,665 sf of tenant improvement and common area construction projects. Developed component life cycle cost tool to estimate building capital expenses for office buildings in Salt Lake City.

Oversee all client finance-related work in connection with Air Force housing privatization projects; National Park Service (NPS) concession valuation projects; USAID projects; and commercial clients. Assisted clients in developing financial models and conducting financial feasibility studies. Set up and managed small business operations, including business registration and licenses, accounting system and contracting functions.

Lead finance team in overseeing all finance-related work in connection with Air Force Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) and housing privatization projects; National Park Service (NPS) concession valuation projects; and General Services Administration real estate projects. Assisted the Air Force in developing financial real estate solutions for the Military Housing Privatization Initiative at 28 Air Force Bases and EUL opportunities at 13 Air Force Bases. Assisted the NPS in valuing concession contracts at seven national parks, including the operations of 3 lodging operations, 8 retail outlets, 13 food and beverage outlets and other operations (e.g. horse stables, boat rental, hot springs, etc.).
