• Manage the Excel database for the General Ledger (GL) accounts.• Review the 2023 bilingual financial statements.• Organize, store, and manage important documents, such as financial reports, bank guarantee documents, audit reports, and transaction records.• Prepare the Blank Audit Report BCAS for 2023 according to the disclosure notes.• Ensure the accuracy of financial data by cross-verifying the output VAT calculations.

• Manage a database containing participant data for the Officer Development Program (ODP), such as training schedules, evaluation results, and competency progress.• Organize and update training information in the system, including materials, schedules, and other training content.• Prepare and provide regular evaluations of the instructors' performance based on participant feedback and training outcomes.• Manage the question bank database for the training program.• Create notes and memos for the Leadership Academy learning program for employees.• Design informative pamphlets for the Leadership Academy learning program for employees.• Serve as the Master of Ceremony for the Officer Development Program (ODP) and the morning prayer forum.

• Assist with activating NPWP accounts and creating EFIN.• Provide consultation on completing and reporting SPT for individuals and businesses.• Develop tax services with LDK in 29 sub-districts of KPP Serang Timur.• Support SPT reporting education and assistance at UIN SMH Banten, targeting 90% faculty participation.

• Create disposition sheets for incoming letters and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.• Create letters of assignment.• Manage data for TPQ (Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran).• Manage data for Surat Keterangan Beban Kerja Pengawas (SKBK).• Administering the disbursement of professional allowances for Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) teachers, both PNS and Non-PNS.

• Create financing agreements and review their validity.• Manage and archive important documents, especially those related to cooperation agreements and legal contracts.• Supervise and assist clients in the payment of bills.
