Current▪️ Lead regional advocacy for rural economic and cultural development via programs and collaboration in the arts, healthy economy, and education▪️ Manage team 8-21 staff executing mission-driven and operational work on 6.4 acre campus with 30+small businesses▪️ Drive strategy, vision, and physical masterplan work within TwispWorks, and with community engagement▪️ Facilitate local investment network--$3.17M invested locally to date▪️ Represent TwispWorks on regional councils and boards in the arts, education, and economy▪️ Develop strategic plan, and tie board and staff outcomes to the plan▪️ Design policies and culture to be inclusive of diversity, and advance programs with an equity framework ▪️ Manage $1.5 USD budget, and spearhead fundraising ▪️ Collaborate with regional, state, and federal organizations and agencies to improve rural economic and social outcomes
