Accelerate equitable experiences and outcomes across eleven TK-12th grade charter schools in East Palo Alto, Oakland, and Richmond serving 4,700 students in service of Aspire’s College for Certain mission.- Delivered accelerated academic results in ELA (+15%) and Math (+13%) proficiency. Closed the gap for learners significantly below grade level in both ELA (-21%) and Math (-15%). Reinspired community support and engagement while also serving as Associate Superintendent.- Facilitated redesign team of diverse stakeholders including families, students, staff, and community partners to relaunch and dramatically improve outcomes for middle school scholars- Achieved strongest increases in secondary students reading at or above grade level across Aspire Bay Area region- Closed a $1million budget deficit and secured a unanimous approval for a revised charter with the local district- Eliminated disproportionality in suspension rates by 11 points and increased enrollment by 50 percentage points over a year and a half
